Could be due to meniscus injury
Take
Tab Etova ER 400 mg twice daily for 10 days after meal
tab Pan 40 once daily before breakfast for 5 days
Tab Chymoral forte one tablet three times daily before meals for 5 days
Pain in the knee can be due to various causes
1. Knee cap- chondromalacia
2. Meniscus pathology
3. Cartilage injury
4. Ligament injury
5. Overuse injury
6. Tendinopathy
Very difficult to judge on basis of small history but can talk and discuss more in detail about the problem and solution
Avoid sitting crosslegged,,( paalti)
Avoid Indian toilets use English one.
Avoid squatting
Avoid stairs use lift instead.
Quadriceps excercises ( learn from u tube, )
Hot water fomentation
