Knee pain due to running
Sir around 25 days ago i started running . From last 4-5 i have pain in my right knee. When i walk on stairs it feels more. what is the reason and what should i do? In next month there will be physical test of mine so i have to practice for it please suggest something

Knee pain at the outer aspects of knee joint - called jumpers / runners knee- due to muscle strain .you need proper pre running & post running stretches. Go to the pain consultant for assessment of your pain .Treatment mainly icing / drugs following exercises
