Knee pain in both legs
I have undergone two surgeries for PRPP( polio ) n now after 10 years m feeling pain in knees if I walk more .I use caliper to avoid strain on knees .. n recently my doc suggested orthoboon powder to mix with water and consume daily ..it tastes v bad ..pls suggest an alternative medicine for it ..any tablets in place of it ? Or can I mix it with buttermilk ??

Yes please do. Some people don't advocate buttermilk but I noally recommend with buttermilk or milk

Yes. Collagen sachets do not taste good. Try taking them with some line juice to mask the taste. Or you try other drugs,  like undenatured / native collagen that are available in capsule form ( cheaper than sachets too :-) ).
