Knee pain like frozen knee
I get knee pain almost every month. Just like frozen knee lots of pain n less movement. I m 47 yrs lady. It heals after few days but as my previous problem I have knee pain n swollen feet issues too. Kindly help.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Keep doing knee strengthening exercises they can help you to overcome your repeated pains and post exercises do hotpacks. If still pain persist check your vitamin b 12 and vitamin d. And also take care of your calcium levels.
