Knee pain
My left knee is so painful when I sit on a floor and get up, also when climbing stairs or climbing a slope. I feel like something tightly tied in my knee. I went for a consultation they asked to take a complete blood test and thyroid test. they also were given painkillers and nurokind tablet. blood test done and the result shows everything normal except the eosinophils which is 7.5% . can I have suggestions regarding this. Is this a big issue.

The problem is your muscle weak..there is nothing to do with blood tests..when the quadriceps muscle is weak it causes the knee cap to collapse onto the space for the knee Cap on the thigh bone..it's important to do quadriceps exercises and avoid bending and squatting..it will recover automatically
