My father right leg keep swelling n has constant pain, we showed in Dy patil hospital they said nothing to do with bones n gave him medicines even x-ray report didn't show any friction in bones but he is suffering

HELLO, RECONSULTATION TO ANOTHER ORTHOPEDICIAN. AT THIS OSTEOARTHRITIS IS VERY COMMON. SWELLING MAY BE DUE TO ANY UNKNOWN KNOCKING. EFFUSION IN JOINT BUT IT IS NOT  SEEN IN X--RAY. YOU CAN GO FOR MRI, MAY SHOW SOME DETAILS ABOUT SWOLLEN KNEE JOINT. BLOOD TEST FOR URIC ACID LEVELS IS ADVISABLE. TILL THAN, LOCALLY APPLY VOLINI GEL OR SPRAY TWO THREE TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED. TABLET HIFENAC MR TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE DAYS THAN REDUCE IT TO ONE TABLET AFTER LUNCH. TABLET CAVIT PM ONE AT NIGHT FOR LONG-TERM BASIS. TABLET VITAMINS D3 60, 000 IU ONCE IN A WEEK FOR EIGHT WEEKS THAN ONE PER MONTH FOR SIX MONTHS IN A YEAR. KNEE CAP DURING DAY TIME, AT REST REMOVE IT. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. O.K BYE.
