Knee pain on sitting
My knees start paining only with sitting for 15-20 minutes at a stretch. The pain isn't severe but causes discomfort. Could this be because of some deficiency?

The question you have posed is too vague for an answer. Do you mean sitting on the ground cross-legged or on a chair? Do they pain while standing or walking or climbing stairs? These are relevant for even an initial diagnosis
