Hello, there can be many reasons for your knee pain it difficult to say whats the reason for your knee pain  . It is advisable to visit a physiotherapist who can assess you once and know the exact cause of the pain and give you exercises accordingly. The intermittent pain can turn into pain being always there so please get it cured. Take care
