Knee pain side and back side
My left knee pains when i sit for longer duration.
Pain is around side and back of the knee.
Also sometimes it gives cracking sound when put pressure for exercise.
I had ligament tear on same leg down at ankle few years back.
I play tennis 4 days a week.
Please suggest.
