Knee pain while moving bending
I bumped my knee into door few days back but it started paining yesterday eve. My right knee pains i have tried volini spray since morning but it is still paining. When i try to move my leg or bend i feel pain

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged
