Knee problem
30 days ago , met with accident . prob in left knee MRI report as follows 1)intraligament hyper intense area noted in ACL on T2 stir weighted images. 2) evidence of abnormal hyper intense area seen in posterior horn of medical meniscus on Gre weighted image.. 3)Hyperintensity with thickening in MCL 4) Bone marrow contusion in medial femoral and tibia condyle and upper anterior tibia 5) radial tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus 6) grade 1 sprian of MCL. can partial damage ACl of knee can reconstruct without surgery??? Plzz suggest something.

Dear friend. I would like to see you clinically and examine you. Second step will be to see x Rays and MRI. From the report you have shared here, it looks like you have bad tear of meniscus which needs to be repaired at the earliest possible. ACL may look hyperintense in some acute cases.
