I spread my knee about 3 monthes ago
Im going to the gym lifting wights
But goes that help can i help my knee get stronger
The problme is that i feel like my knee is going to pop out of place again

Seems you have internal soft tissue injuries to knee joint better to get confirmed with consultation of orthopaedic surgeon who may ask for MRI. Further planning of treatment will be easier for doctor and patient also,after defining nature of injuries .
