Hello, hot water bag to apply locally two three times.or put your leg in hot water filled in bucket add c. Salt two spoon.n spill that hot water over effected knee for ten twelve min, two times a day for ten, twelve days.
LOCALLY APPLY fastum gel two three times as the content is different or rhuma oil.
Tab Dan mr two times a day after food or as required.
ADVISE
X RAY knee joint AP and Lat view digital.
CONSULT an orthopedic surgeon.ok.
