Reduce body wt. Eat healthy. Do recommended yoga with a trainer. Consult an ayurveda physician. Internal medication and external treatment will be needed minimum for about three weeks. Nothing can reverse a bad knee. But you can maintain your lifestyle very well with ayurveda. Ayurveda will surely help you to look after your osteo arthritis. All the best.
