Knee wound
I have this wound due to road accident since 10 days. I am using Dettol for disinfecting and Cipladine(povidone-iodine) ointment. I am taking Cefadroxyl 500mg and Aceclofenac 100mg+Paracetamol 350mg Once a day since 10 days. I still have pain in wound. How much time will it take to heal.

As the wound is over ur knee it takes time bcos when you walk and bend your knees it doesnt allow to heal quickly...So this looks like a abrasion so it would take another weeks time if u follow wound care properly...Do not use dettol...I will prescribe you a better oinment...

Knee wounds heal late . It will take four five more days . If only pain is there with healed surface then stop antibiotic. Rest is to b contd for hive days . Take Becosule Z cap once daily for a month .
