• Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). • Avoid Squatting- • Avoid sitting Cross legged • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment in which knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain. Your description about knee pain is less to recommend so I would assume possible scenarios. Regarding Calcium tablet please stop them, there are other minerals in your body you need rather than calcium. Make sure you get enough sun,  all your calcium level will be normal.
Next Steps
A.  Knee pain due to fall - see an orthopaedic B.  Knee pain not due to fall - not using knee muscle well,  plus lack of full range movement at knee.  see a physio and get myofascial release or trigger point or massage therapy plus exercise to strengthen hip, knee and ankle.  your problem is solved.
