Hey Dr.
I'm 18 year old and I'm tired of the insecurity of having knocked knees( genu valgum). I honestly do not want to undergo surgery. My knees bent inwards and sometimes cause pain if I walk for a while .
I tried googling some non- surgical procedures and I came across some exercises but for me they do not seem to work .. Or maybe it's because I don't have professional assistance to guide me.
I really need help and advice as to how I could get knock-knee correction.

Hello , knock knees can be corrected by surgery but if you want to avoid surgery you can visit your physio and regularly exercise .if the knock is not very severe it can be corrected with exercise. Along with that corrective footwear will also help you aline you legs thus reducing the pain.
