Knot/Tight feeling in lower left abdomen
Hi,
For some time now I feel there is a knot or tightness on the lower left abdomen side. While there is no pain if I touch the area and it does not affect my day to day activities, but, it does feel prominent while going to sleep at night. My BMI is 27. Please advise.
