Etoricoxib 90 mg daily . Once the pain is better start on sos basis. Daily walk , yoga. Biologicals have good effect.

Check your renal function. If normal use diclofenac plus paracetamol tablets 2-3 times a day. Do regular renal parameters evaluation.
