I got my kyleena iud inserted january 22 2018 and i had it inserted when i was on my period and i bled normally and had moderate crampin, i spotted every other day and had random cramping until i got my period in february which was lighter than normal and cramps were better but still lasted 6 days and then i spotted for a couple days after and i havent gotten my period or spotted since. its been 41 days but it hasnt given me any problems and my string are still in the right place.
