I am highly underweight, lactose intolerant, and possibly have non celiac gluten-free Autobots based on the tests performed and digestive observations. I have been taking L-glutamine capsules 500 mg twice a day for past two months to to improve function of my intestine and immune function and to gain muscle. Is it the right thing to do? Should I continue taking the capsules? Kindly have a look at the pictures I have attached herein.
