I am age is 55 yrs.Since one year I am facing back pain and two leg's completely numbness I am not standing position.pl suggest me sir thank you

This numbness is due to the nerve compression in the back region which increases as the compression. This pain and numbness generally occurs due to the disc bulge/muscular weakness /lumbar spondylosis.
