My L5-S1 disc is bulging and space reduced to 7.7mm details is in my attached file please check once
I want to know can I walk for long distance
And any treatment is there for permanent relief from pain and back to my sports life again any chance r there are not

Hi there, your back pain is due to gaurding of muscles and that is present due to tight psoas major muscle. Easing it out is simple and 10 mins job.

Releiving pain, gives only ,temporary results,
Disc needs to be pushed back,to its, normal place,which cures permanently,
Manipulative physiotherapy, is the only hope
If u have motar deficits then btr to go with medical or surgical management if not u may proceed with physical rehab for the pain and be back to Ur sportive life. You should go complete motar and sensory evaluation after then we may decide what has to be done.
Treatment is there to reduce your pain, with electric modalities.. And manual therapy..visit near by physiotherapy clinic, it's quite long term process to fix permanent

Yes chances are there... First start with physiotherapy treatment... This will cure your back pain... Learn strengthening exercises for your back muscles and later you can progress to walking long and also other sports activities.. consult a physiotherapist
