L5, s1 level spine disc gap
Pain in Left leg from main joint to foot.in exray found L5 SPINE S1 Level gap and also S1 is slip to back so disc is touched to vense and so start paining

Hi... Nothing to worry... I would suggest you to kindly meet a physio to  do lot of core and glute stability.. Lot of icing in your low back to reduce pain and tightness... Don't lift any object..or weight.. Don't bend too much... Stretch your low back...like gluteus hamstrings...calf.. Hope this is helpful for you... Revert back in case if you need any clarification
