Primary headache is caused by over activity of problems with pain in your head. Chemical activity in your brain,nerves or the blood vessels surrounding the skull or muscles of your head and neck, plays a major role in primary headache. Migraine, tension headache and cluster headache are some of the primary headaches.
Secondary headache is symptom of disease which activates the pain sensitive nerves of the head. The causes of secondary headache include blood clot within the brain, sinusitis,brain tumor, high blood pressure, ear infection, dehydration etc.

This report is normal. Headache can be caused due to number of reasons. Get your eyesight checked. Headache associated with vision problem is usually associated with working on screens or working under dim light. Headache associated with underlying stress is usually of mild to moderate intensity and not increased by any physical activity. If there is associated running nose, lacrimation, nausea, vomiting, intolerance to voice and light it can be cluster or migraine type. There are good medications available to take care of all types of headache.

There can be different cause of headache, and doctor usually advice CAT scan head to rule out intracranial pathology. So in your case this CAT scan is normal . So keep following your doctor's recommendation.
