Lab tests no diagnosis please help.

I'm asking for my sister. She is 35, not pregnant (tubes tied), and has been suffering from ongoing and worsening problems for 4 months. She sees a GP at a local clinic, and has been to several emergency rooms on several occasions with numerous lab tests, ct scans, and mris with no for sure diagnosis. She has cysts on her ovaries, in her uterus and on her kidneys. She was born with both kidneys but one having a "growth" on it. When symptoms first started she weighed aprox 129 lbs and went to 146 lbs in 9 days. Her lower abdomen area is severely swollen and she appears pregnant to people that don't know her condition. She is in extreme pain most of the month with moderate relief the rest of the month. MRI has shown fatty liver and spot on liver. She needs answers ASAP as local Dr's won't do much because she doesn't have insurance. Please help she is in dire need of assistance and relief. Any ideas and/or advice to help us get her better are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
