Lack Of Morning Wood.
I have been noticing no morning wood since a month now .I am 20 years old. I get hard when I masturbate or have sex. I last around 45 minutes in bed too. While sex I dont have a problem but I am not getting a morning wood. I rarely drink or smoke. The only negative in my lifestyle is my sleep pattern, I sleep around 3-4 everyday and get up around 11-12.I take regular multivitamins and ashvagandha in tablets. What can be the issue ?

Don't worry about it It's normal But you need to change biological clock and sleep hours and timings
