Make a schedule of going bed as early.
Have comfort bed
Keeping soaking your both feet on warm water for 15 min before going bed.
Try counting numerics/ listen light music etc.

Eat some sweets before you go to your bed, it raises your body blood sugar amount, and help to sleep better and keep talking with yourself or your loved ones, like mirror talkin, and do some deep breathing exercise to calm your mind. I hope it will work
