Hi,
First, let's try to remove the reason for insomnia.
If you have any stress or worry in your life that is causing sleeplessness, please go for a psycotherapy consultation.
Meditation and yoga have a very good soothing effect on mind.
Do not worry about sleeplessness. Learn meditation and Meditate at night before going to sleep. It helps 100%.
Take no sugar after sunset. Sugary things stimulate the body and make it hyperactive.
Avoid late night meals. If not possible, take a very light meal at night. Eat more at breakfast and lunch to compensate.
Try head and body massage once a week. It is relaxing and helps in sleeplessness.
Take a light walk before going to sleep.
Triphala 1-2 tsp before bed at night with normal water.
Next Steps
Consult a physician personally for medication.
