Its been more than 1 year that i am not breastfeeding, on pressing nipple milk drops comes not always... Tsh and prolactin test are normal. What could be the issue then ?

Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of breast.Both serum prolactin and TSH level is normal.Use tight bra and good support to breast.Donot press much.Meet to gynaecologist and take her opinion.
