I m 25 years old unmarried a week before period in ultrasound hemorrhagic cyst in left ovary size 43mm*43mm with multiple thin septations with in it found... And endometrial strip 15.8mm durin periods on second day i face worst pain below my stomach and in thigh. Is it normal As i m anemic my hb is 8

Consult to gynecologist and take her suggestion.Size of cyst is not much but pain is there .Better get done one CT scan or MRI for confirm diagnosis.
