Laproscopy for 11 cm ovarian cyst right
I have a 11.2*8.4cm cyst in right ovary.. doctor suggest me a laproscopic surgery.. is it safe? Can it not be removed by medicines only ?

Yes dear the best way is laparoscopic removal. After laparoscopy cyst removal remember to send it for histo pathological laboratory to check for any benign or malignant lesions

Laparoscopic excision will be best as size is large But have u done any markers prior to it as size of cyst is very large Plz get ur CA 125 test done

not possible  to dissolve it with medicine.. it's too large.. have to remove by opration.. otherwise may chance to develop complication ...like twisting of cyst..  or rupture of cyst.. so make it to remove..
