Continuous bleeding, usg report says left ovary bulky with Large clear cyst measuring 44.6*38.5mm, hypoechoic lesion measuring 25.6*16.6mm is seen in right anterio lateral uterine wall within myometrium.Endometrial thickness 6 mm,intramural fibroid, bulky adhered cystic left ovary , mild collection in POD.Nabothian cyst in cervix, uterus measures 75.8*38*56.9mm
