Large Hiatus Hernia/ Reflux Esophagitis
Having problem of acidity for more than 5 years but last 6 months it's has been increased tremendously and causing problems in throat also. Various doc. Prescribed pantocid/rantac/supria dsr/pantaprozole etc. Over past 6 months. Last month went through endoscopy (reports attached along with doc. Prescription) showing Large Hiatus Hernia/ Reflux Esophagitis (Gerd LA Grade B) & Antral gastritis. Kindly suggest cure for the same...

You have severe form of GERD / acid reflux issue as per these reports. Diet and lifestyle modifications are the main stay of treatment. If not improving, you may need to undergo surgery like Fundoplication. But even then you have to strictly follow the advise. Consult a Gastroenterologist + Laparoscopic surgeon for further advise.
Health Tips
Avoid nonveg, spicy , oily food, coffee, alcohol and smoking. Avoid sleep immediately after food. Keep your head end elevated while sleeping. Do regular exercise.
