Hi. My wife has 1.5 and 2.0 in her eyes. Whether it is advisable to go for lasrt operation of eye. Is it a permanent solution n she does not have to wear glasses in future?? What is the average cost for laser operation??

Yes it is a better option for her .lasik is almost permanent solution. She will have to use glasses for near vision after the age of 40 yrs.
The approx cost is 30 to 80k depending upon the procedure and the doctor and hospital.

Yes....If willing for cosmetic correction . If corneal thickness is normal & glass no is stable
..its a permanent solution ...However there are minor chances of regression. It is solution till 40 yrs of age after that she will require near glasses (even if she is not undergoing laser correction). Cost varies from 25k to 95k...depending on type of procedure & corneal thickness.
