Lasik surgery
My both eyes has cylindrical power -5.00 and spherical power 4.00 my right eye lightly not able to read with glass for longsight . my cornea thickness both eyes 520 my age is 18 .i am eligible for lasik surgery

It depends on corneal topography also.
You have very high cylinder.
Kindly get pentacam test done to rule out any corneal pathology
