Late having symtoms pregnant or not??

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I'm usually 26days and regular. I'm late now. I've bloating tired moody pain in lower abdomen and back breasts tender done test yesterday it's negative. Last period was 16/17 jan I had sex in my fertile period and on day ovulated pull out method but sperm did get in a bit in my vagina once. Do you think I could be pregnant? How long should I wait?
