You probably are hvng irregular cycles.
Delayed periods can be due to pcos , hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts , anxiety , medications etc.

Hormones imbalance or hypothyroidism.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact status of ovaries and TSH level for hypothyroidism.With reports contact to gynaecologist or wait till next cycle.In next cycle also same problem then medicine.
