Late period negative pregnancy test

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi ,, my period was due 10/9/17 and didn't show up, on the 7/9 Brown discharge and 8/9 I had tiny blood mixed with mucus only once when I wipe the second day nothing till today 18/9 took pregnancy test this morning bfn I have no pains or.cramps but had.some lower abdomen cramps before the spotting happens the 6/9, am also regular on my period 30 to 35 days..
