I would suggest you to go for arthroscopic lateral meniscus repair. See an orthopaedic surgeon near you, or you can contact us for the same

The tear seems recent. Review with MRI to study the exact site and type of tear. According to the report , tear seems to be within the substance of meniscus.
Next Steps
As you are a runner ; try getting the meniscus repaired either conservatively or arthroscopic repair. This will depend on the site, type and extent of the tear.
Health Tips
Time is precious for you . You need the best treatment and quality for your knee.
