Lateral Meniscus Extrusion
I had a problem of lateral meniscus extrusion on February 2018. After checking up with doctor I had undergone UST on my knee and did rehab exercises and also took a break from any kind of sports for 6-7months. I occassionally play cricket so my question is can I play cricket freely now? As of now I don't have any complain of knee pain generally but when I climb a lot of stairs by jumping little bit pain is there though not for longtime.

Kindly increase your stamina slowly & gradually. if you take the route 'hop stop & jump' for your exercises, then you are likely  to get recurrence of symptoms.

You should play and lead a normal life. If you are able to tolerate the pain , then  there are no issues.
Health Tips
If pain becomes intolerable or you want a pain free knee joint, then go for Arthroscopy .

Well after injury of meniscus it is always better to refrain from strenous activities for the knees for at least a year. Stairs are on of the hardest things on the knees.So.make sure you climb them.slow and avoid jumping too much. Cricket you can play but be careful about re twisting you legs. And make sure you keep doing quadriceps exercises to strengthen the ligaments further..It will be back to normal in due course of time
