I have pregency of 5 Months and Thyriod test "TSH - 0.410, While the T3 (Serum Free) - 3.19 & T4 (Serum Free) - 1.20
Please suggest is any additonal precaution we take in fooding and other areas.

You need to consult your obstetrician or a endocrinologist for this issue and get a prescription from them, cannot prescribe on this platform.
