Laxity of abdominal muscles
Recently i have undergone C-sec while giving birth and i have u noticed some changes at my belly button (Bulge). Do i need to go for surgery or it will get resolve slowly by taking healthy protein food.

There is no need for surgery for this.Thats probably umbilical hernia . Use abdominal belt Light exercise (after confirming from your gynaec.) Healthy diet (as you must be breadtfeeding too).

Hi Yes  It  will  resolve Do  apply  abdomenal  binder  for  3  months Do  abdomenal  exercise  after  1and  half  month  after  c- section
