Hi These are all after effects due to break up, it will take time to adjust, you can overcome this by taking a small dose of antidepressant & life style modifications. Thank you.

It will take time. Hi Thanks for seeking help here. Emotion are like....Empty bags...they always make you feel good when they are full. So if you stop that ...it will make you feel sad.... Try to engage with someone or something else....it will fill Ur bag...you will be fine soon...
