Hello A.  Lasik does not treat lazy eye B.  I am sorry but at this age there are not much treatment options for lazy eye C. You are hypermetrope... I in my clinical practice don't recommend lasik for this high hypermetropic power Regards

Not exactly because through lasik surgery one can get onlu the best corrected glasses vision only. But you can improve your lazy eye  after lasik surgery a little bit due to age. If it was done before the age of 13 years there was a good chance of getting back lost vision but at this age how much you will ne improving is bit un predictable though its negligible.
Next Steps
you can opt for either contact lenses or icl than lasik .because such high no of plus powers lasik success rate is also not great.
Health Tips
hope for best and still you can improve your vision at this age either by glasses or contact lenses or surgical correction.
