Dear Sir, My name is Jayesh, i regularly have left chest pain problem. My age is only 30, Kindly suggest what i need to do.for permanent solution. Till date i have not contact any doctor.how to start proper check up please guide.

At this age most common cause maybe Caronary angio spasm due to stress. You still need to go for ECG and TMT. You can also check with EECP hearttreatment for prevention of heart attack.
