Is it ok to leave one year old baby with grandparent.
My husband wants but I don't. Will it impact my kid mentally?

Yes it will impact, let husband work and you take care of baby, you earn more than money when you are with baby

It's depends on how much ur baby is attached with mother and father
If baby will get sufficient milk and good diet then u can keep ur baby with grandparents
But if Baby still taking breast milk then i suggest keep ur baby with you only
After 2yrs baby can stay without mother
