Left abdomen pain & bleeding

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Whole lower abdomen is in discomfort with minor pain on left side of abdomen. Periods started 10 days early, with very unusual lighter & little flow (not sure if its periods). Home kit pregnancy test shows negative results.Lot of fatigue & feels dizzy while i stand up. What can be the signs of?
