  4. Left arm pain. Is it for heart attack?

I am 27year male. From last 2year I am taking two high BP medicine. And I am very anxious about my health. From some day I am feeling left arm pain and finger. Some time in right hand. Please tell me why it is happening. Is it for heart attack? Help. Me
