  4. Left arm pain. Of heart related problem?

Left arm pain
Left arm pain but no severe chest pain from past 3 days. Already had ECG, echo and TMT done 2 month back and all look normal.also feel mild pain near by left shoulder area. Does this gives any indication of heart related problem?

Get a vitamin d and b 12 Consult a gastroenterologist to rule out gastritis
